How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on our Site infringes your copyright, provide a written notice that includes all of the following (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works, a representative list).
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, with enough detail to locate it (include the specific URL or page where it appears).
  4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Send the complete notice to our Designated Agent via email.

What Happens After We Receive a Valid Notice

Upon receiving a compliant DMCA notice, we will:

  • Expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • Notify the user who posted the material (if identifiable) and provide them with a copy of your notice.
  • Terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Counter-Notification

If your material was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent, including:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material removed and its previous location.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email.
  • A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal district court in your district (or if outside the US, any judicial district where the service provider may be found), and that you accept service of process from the complaining party.

We will forward your counter-notification to the complainant. If we do not receive a court order or notice of legal action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the material.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate access for users who are repeat infringers, in our sole discretion.

Misrepresentations

Submitting a false or bad-faith DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
